Founded by multi sport IRONMAN triathlete, nutrition and culinary expert Tommaso Luca Sanna, in 2009.
Oak Park Fitness is a private wellness studio located in the blooming Arts District in Oak Park. Open 6 days a week. Oak Park Fitness studio is not a franchise, but it's a local green " friendly" boutique fitness studio, ideal for those that are tired of the over crowded gyms, and desire an occasional outdoor workout, or something more relaxed, reserved ,holistic and uplifting to exercise their mind and body.

Our Philosophy is simple our training system is not. We exist to make you stronger and believe you can be the best version of your self. Don't worry , we are the rocket scientist and we did all the hard part for you. So in essence to gain optimal mobility, flexibility and strength requires a system that builds first a strong pillar and progressively introduces the forces to keep it in motion. What does this looks like ?
We use a Five-Step training protocol which is to assess, build a strong foundation, get stable, get strong and powerful.
We begin by first understanding your wellness goals - the fitness assessment- and than designing a program that progressively takes you there. Combining strength training, clean eating, and your goals in every session.

We believe our senses benefit from the sound and colors around us. We believe in sustainable methods to reduce the impact of carbon foot print. We us recycling, composting, we workout outdoors as much as we can. Our studio uses green friendly paint, we improve the indoor air quality with an air purification ,humidifier and ionizer system. We have incorporated our own alkaline water system and reduced plastic waste by thousands of plastic bottles. Small changes that we believe make a big difference.
We want to provide a welcoming atmosphere for new and existing clients. We provide small group training for more personalized instruction. Additionally we level our classes for client comfort , safety , and proper workout advancement.

Tommaso Luca Sanna /Founder / Coach /Chef/Researcher
Tommaso L. Sanna , began athletic training in Holland when he was only 6 years old. Ran his first half marathon at age 12 in Barcelona , Spain finishing at 3:34. Ever since then he has become a mullti-sports athlete , playing soccer, tennis, martial arts, and crossing over 100 finish lines .Tommaso completed his first Half Ironman in Austin, Texas in 2014. But it wasn't always easy for him. Going from an obese kid and taking his body to a fitness model body in his 20, took a mindset shift , knowledge and lots of training. Tommaso has managed to stay in great shape into his late 30′s finding a healthy balance between working out and eating right. Tommaso has been personal training now for over 12 years.
He has met his clients some in the toughest stages of their life, but staying conscious of his early childhood memories and turnaround, has made Tommaso a believer that they too would turn around with the proper focus and accountability to his coaching plan. With this passion he has mastered the art and science of holistic body transformation, and brings his transformation experience to his graceful holistic coach practice where he successfully teaches his students the mindset of maximum performance and new levels of awareness and strength.
Tommaso has trained men and women ages 12-80 designing long term programs for fat loss, rejuvenation, flexibility, cooking ,meal planning, strength and muscle gain, and endurance. A metabolic training guru, Tommaso has also trained clients for weddings, modeling roles, acting, corporate events, half marathons, marathons, and recently entered the world of fitness figure competitions where he plans to bring his clients pro national competitions .
